DELIVERY DATE & TIME

1. A minimum spend of SGD60 is required for free delivery. For orders placed before 4pm, we can arrange same-day delivery. 

2. For orders placed after 3pm, delivery will be fulfilled next day or any other day indicated in the order.

3. For specific delivery time, please let us know in advance and we will try our best to fulfil it as we deliver based on locations.

4. For all orders below $60, delivery fee of $7-$10 will be added during checkout.

GIFT NOTES

If you're sending a gift and you'd like to include a note, please include the text in the special instructions window of your shopping cart and update the cart. Be sure to sign off with a name or the recipient may not know who the gift is from.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

1. As the majority of our products are temperature-sensitive, we make all efforts to pack every order with sufficient ice packs or dry ice to arrive safely and satisfactorily. Please immediately place all ice creams in the freezer. Cakes can be stored in the fridge/chiller if they will be consumed in the same day.

2. For our waffle kones, due to the fragile nature of these items, there is a chance they may crack or break during delivery.

SHELF LIFE

1. We recommend consuming all ice creams within two weeks of delivery as we do not add any stabilisers or preservatives to our products to extend the shelf-life. Fruit sorbets - to be consumed within one week of delivery.

2. We recommend consuming our cakes within 3 days from delivery.

WHOLE CAKES

1. Whole 9" cakes serve 12 pax (more if slices are cut smaller than our standard slices). 24-hours pre-order for cakes. 

2. Any orders that require candles, please indicate the requested amount & size (big or small) in the special instructions window of your shopping cart.

For Malaysia

2. For orders placed after 3pm, delivery will be fulfilled next day any time between 10am- 7pm.

DELIVERY FEES

1. RM15 standard delivery charges within Klang Valley.   

2. Free delivery for orders above RM120. (except for Whole Cakes)

3. For whole cakes, a delivery fee of RM20 is applied.

We provide a 2-year limited warranty, from the date of purchase for all our products.

If you believe you have received a defective product, or are experiencing any problems with your product, please contact us.

This warranty strictly does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions (dropping the product, etc.).
